Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was ornate and lovely. The staff were very accommodating especially Dinesh in the restaurant who went out of his way to make sure I got gluten free food as I have coeliac disease.

The dal pakora which was delicious... Was not available every morning ?.

Lovely hotel, room....superb hotel carvings and paintings. Excellent breakfast!!!

Day 1 - Although grateful that they could accommodate our early check-in, the Room provided was sub-par. Flush did not work, shower did not work, exhaust fan didn't work, soap provided in the room was useless to say the least. Had 3 people staying in a room and everything was only provided for 2 people. had to constantly call and ask for things.Day 2 - Room changed upon request, third person had to sleep on the window seating, they called it "sofa cum bed". Like give me a break! Even in this room the flush+shower did not work properly.The outside of the hotel did not feel safe either, constantly ambushed by the cab mafia as soon as we step out of the hotel. The security would do nothing about it. This hotel is on the outskirts and get ready to pay whatever the rickshaw/cab drivers want or else you will never reach your hotel back.WATER WAS CHARGED RS 60 PER BOTTLE!? As an alternative, they said they would provide unlimited RO water but it tasted funny and we couldn't risk getting sick right at the beginning of the trip!Had really high expectations from the pictures displayed and was extremely disappointed. Not worth the hard-earned money I paid for this place.

Good spread of breakfast. Overall good upkeep of hotel premises. Pleasant and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and spacious. Ambience of the hotel is quite pleasing.

The property is away from the city.

The room and the staff met the expectations. However , some cases the room service was not upto the mark , such as they have served the beer on a cracked glass, hence it spilled all over the room. Breakfast options were okay , but i wish they had included more local food options .

Beautiful hotel, the decor and our room was gorgeous. Breakfast was yummy, only veg indian food and eggs but it was yummy.

We booked for 4 people (2adults and 2 kids) - family room but room facilities were provided only for 2 people (cups, towels) there was a queen sized bed and 1 single bed. Besides that it was a great stay.

The best part about the hotel is that the rooms are spacious, and since it’s a Haveli, it truly gives you that traditional vibe. The property looks beautiful, especially in pictures.

The major drawback is the limited staff strength, which leads to noticeably slow service especially during breakfast and meal hours. The staff also appears to be inadequately trained (including at staff at reception) to handle guest requirements efficiently.During breakfast, most items from the live counter, such as eggs and South Indian dishes, are on a self-service basis.

Swimming pool

I was charged for 7 people The actual stay was for 6 people, despite informing the property in advance, the breakfast buffet was a joke, stale sambhar, juice mixed with too much water, only one person handling all guests, long queue to get fried eggs. Rude reception.

The staff was great! The food and the amenities were great.

The pool was really dirty and filthy.

The location is a bit away from the main city. Everything felt like a commute.

Overall liked the property and facilities , we enjoyed and relaxed.

There was pungent smell on 4th floor where my room was , which I complaint about but still it didn't go away . The same odour slowly increased in the bathroom . This was spoiling the good things about the facility. The staff suppressed it but it returned.

Definitely overpriced... 8k for a night is way too much for this property. 4k is fair assessment IMO

Great property with a lot of open area to walk around and captures the Rajasthani architecture as well.

A bit far away from city and there's not too many shops around.
